Deployment
Coda Technology Group is an IBEW and IATSE union shop with an installation team that prides itself on following best practices as well as strict safety protocols. Our installation teams are CTS certified and are continually working on professional development. By utilizing state of the art testing and measurement tools, the technical teams make sure all stages of our projects go exactly as planned. The production team works closely with our engineering staff to ensure that each project meets our strict quality assurance standards. Our project managers are friendly, professional, technically competent, and always available by phone, email, or personal videoconference to get your questions answered quickly.
Programming
Coda provides in-house programming services for Crestron, AMX, and Extron as well as several other industry platforms. Our UI designers employ years of experience and utilize industry best practices when designing custom control interfaces for our projects. Whether controlled via touch panels, web pages, or mobile devices, all of our system designs are intuitive, responsive, and easy to use. We understand that technology is most appreciated when the complexity is hidden under a simple and elegant interface, so we create an appropriate balance of functionality and approachability that helps get users of all skill levels up and running quickly and comfortably. Our certified programmers use innovative coding techniques built on solid foundations to ensure that all our systems operate quickly and reliably, and are scalable to allow for future growth. We also offer an array of convenience features such as scheduling, streaming video preview, and advanced features such as remote system monitoring and management. LEED contributing enhancements are also available, which save you money and do good for the world.

Our Design and Engineering group are made up of seasoned professionals who come from a variety of backgrounds including Pro Audio, Theatrical, Consulting, Pro AV, and Event and Staging. Along with supporting project engineering requirements, we offer several services including:

Our team holds a variety of certifications including the highly respected CTS-D and RCDD. While spending the majority of their time in the engineering department, our engineers also look forward to onsite visits throughout the project process to make sure that systems are optimized and operating to specification.
Training
CODA is pleased to offer a wide range of training and implementation services. Although your equipment is designed to be an easy-to-use solution, it can be intimidating to the unaccustomed user. That is why we offer many levels of personalized training for your diverse staff. Ultimately our goal is to help your employees feel confident in their equipment, resulting in a higher utilization and increased business productivity. A well trained staff ultimately reduces the level of service issues related to your equipment.
Support Plans
Your business requires timely response to service issues because down time equals lost productivity. Coda's support team provides service plans for both "feet on the street" and regular preventative maintenance.
